What are your hours?
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:00am-1:00pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm, Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am-12:00 noon.
What services do you provide?
We are a Multi-Discplinary Office providing medically managed physical medicine and rehabilitation, physical therapy, chiropractic care and massage therapy. We are nerve, muscle and bone experts with goals of reducing pain and restoring function without surgeries.
Do you accept insurance as payments for the treatments?
Yes, we are in network in most insurance plans. Just bring your insurance card on your first visit and we will verify your benefits.
How much does it cost if I don't have any insurance?
We have affordable cash plans based on your needs and goals to make care accessible to all individuals and families.
What happens on my first visit:
The first visit consists of a couple of steps.
First, you will fill out our office forms telling us about your complaints. You can download our new patient form here.
Second, one of the doctors will provide a consultation, asking further questions to further discover how we can best help you.
Third, we will provide a physical exam, take necessary x-rays and perform any additional diagnostic testing that is appropriate.
On your next visit, we will provide a report of findings, telling you the results of our exam and tests as well as discuss the appropriate treatment plan. Often, you will receive your first treatment on this visit as well.
We will always answer your questions and describe what we are doing and why we are doing it.
All of our treatments are gentle and pain free.
